Who am I?

Picture
From the Crossroads of America, Indiana, I am an experimental storyteller who creates interactive media. I started off by making self-drawn and printed comic books that I sold on the playground while I was in 1st grade for $0.25 a copy. Despite being an early success, I had to return the money I made as my teachers did not liked how I was charging money for comics in Elementary School.

Since then I have ventured out into video editing, game development, writing, photography, and much much more. My strives to innovate the ways we tell stories as led me to become the Co-Founder of my Midwest-based Game Development Studio, Cozy Crow Studios, where I've produced the 3D horror game Desecration and am currently producing our next project Crow Heist.

I also freelance in games journalism with my articles being shared on How-To Geek and Game Developer. I'm always out to integrate new and creative ways for people to experience stories.

Desecration

Picture
Desecration (2025) was my Senior capstone project for my Bachelors of Science in Game Design from Indiana University. I worked in various roles on the project with me leading a team of over 20 people as the Producer. The game follows Gareth Zeal in a narrative horror experience where he suffers from the sins he's committed in an attempt to save a family member from a gruesome fate.

The Maneki-Neko of Gōtoku-Ji

While I was traveling Japan (日本) in March 2024, I had come across a temple that appeared to have hundreds of "Lucky Cat" statues within it. In this blog post, I will briefly go into the history of Gōtoku-Ji (豪徳寺) and its modern connection with Maneki-Neko (招き猫).

Highlight: Game Teaser

Crow Heist

For my studios upcoming 2027 "comedy stealth" game I helped our team create a short teaser to introduce our game's main character, Crowley. I helped with the production, audio direction, and the video editing of the teaser.

Go! Save the Queen!

Go! Save the Queen! was a project I worked as a Sound Lead with A.N.T.S. LLC where I developed, managed, and maintained their game's FMOD project. I also created foley SFX for the game and helped with the music implementation of Braden Marksberry's works.
